Bidding, collection, holding, and payout of Calcutta money all happen in person, handled by you. Tourney Now does not process, hold, distribute, or calculate any Calcutta funds — it only displays your declaration so golfers can find your event. Keep Calcutta buy-ins fully separate from entry fees collected through Tourney Now.
Compliance acknowledgment. Calcutta legality varies by state and jurisdiction. You confirm you are solely responsible for the legality and conduct of your Calcutta, including any fees you set, disclose, and collect.
